At the same time, our company participated in the development of the new national standard of anti-corrosion grease for overhead conductors, and the performance of our products meets the requirements of the new GB/T36292-2018 standard and BS EN50326-2002 and IEC 61394-2011 standards.
The research and development of filler grease is a complicated and time-consuming process, which needs to go through several stages of research and testing to select suitable base materials, plasticizers, antioxidants and other ingredients from a wide range of materials. We design suitable formulas according to customers' needs and usage requirements, and carry out a large number of trials and tests to continuously adjust and optimize the formulas. Excellent performance is not enough, cost control is also crucial to ensure that we can provide customers with an excellent product at a good price, and to maximize the possibility of meeting the core and all the requirements of customers.
Through the continuous efforts of the R&D team, the customized OPGW filler paste for fiber optic cables has finally been launched. It has excellent thermal reversibility, oxidation resistance, heat resistance, rust resistance, environmental friendliness and flame and smoke retardant properties. Meanwhile, the invention patent related to this product technology was authorized on June 21, 2024 for announcement.
